IP logging should be off, however I don't do anon comments on HMDs.
A Note: Jehan, since he predates pretty much everything but the postal service and newspaper in terms of mass communication, does not see the point in commenting on things using a public forum like the internet replacement present in the game. If it's important he will, and he does use them to ask questions, check on friends, and stay up-to-date on things since it is a bit more reliable than an newspaper. This is why he doesn't comment on plot-related things and tends to only use the comms to respond to others regarding plot things rather than commenting on them himself.
